During the off seasons (twice a year) the county works very diligently in repairing the fields from our fall and spring seasons. In being pro-active this spring season we would like for you to please NOT have the kids warm-up on the foul/fair line (1st base to right field and 3rd base to left field), have them take a step forward or backward from that line. If we continue to allow them to warm-up using that line within a few weeks we will have no fair/foul lines and holes in those areas.

This Saturday, September 10th, 6:00pm, the WBLL will be hosting it’s annual All Star banquet honoring the All Star and Strong teams from the Spring 2011 season.
The festivities this year will take place at the American/Polish Club located on Lake Worth Road (west of Military Trail) 4725 Lake Worth Road, Greenacres, FL 33463-3453,(561) 967-1116. The catering will be done by Dean Anthony’s again this year.
All players, coaches and their families are invited.
Manager, game coaches and players get in for free.
Additional Family members only have to pay $8.00 per person (kids 4 and under are free).
Please come out and enjoy the evening with your fellow All Star participants. And yes…the league will do it’s best to limit award presentations!!!
For those who need to pay for non-players and coaches, you can pay now and avoid the line at the door.

The 7:30 practices have been cancelled at the WB park for fields 4-7 due to lightening and rain in the area.

All fields at WB park and Santaluces are closed. The clinic is also cancelled for tonight.

There will be a make-up next week for the on-field clinic.

Practices should resume tomorrow.

It is time to announce that the on-field coaching clinic will be held on the following day:

Thursday, September 1st from 6:00pm-7:00pm for teeball on field 4.
Thursday, September 1st from 7:30pm-8:30pm for coach pitch, minors and majors on field 4.

There will be one make-up which we will announce after the first clinic, but please do not take any chances.

THIS CLINIC IS FOR PRACTICE COACHES, GAME COACHES AND MANAGERS. TEAM PARENTS DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND.

There will be one more classroom orientation on Wednesday August 31st at 6pm in the rec center for those of you who want to get involved but have not yet taken the first mandatory step in becoming a coach or team parent. I look forward to seeing you there.

 Attention all managers, coaches (game and practice) and team moms…

Welcome to the fall season at West Boynton Little League. Our league is only great because of the tireless hours that you put in with the players, fostering a love of baseball, teamwork and friendship.Thank you in advance for your hard work and dedication.

 It is mandatory for any parent/guardian that wishes to be on the field or in the dugout (during practices or games) attend two coaching clinics. You must first attend a classroom clinic, and we will have three opportunities for you to do so. The dates of those clinics are Tuesday, August 23rd, Thursday, August 25th and Wednesday, August 31st, all at 6pm in the rec center. This is for “ALL” divisions

 IF YOU ATTENDED A COACHING CLINIC IN THE SPRING, YOU FULFILLED YOUR OBLIGATION FOR 2011 AND DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND.  

Please bring your volunteer from with you to the classroom clinic, make sure you have filled out the form completely and you bring a copy of your drivers liscense. You can download the volunteer form at:
