 Attention all managers, coaches (game and practice) and team moms…

Welcome to the fall season at West Boynton Little League. Our league is only great because of the tireless hours that you put in with the players, fostering a love of baseball, teamwork and friendship.Thank you in advance for your hard work and dedication.

 It is mandatory for any parent/guardian that wishes to be on the field or in the dugout (during practices or games) attend two coaching clinics. You must first attend a classroom clinic, and we will have three opportunities for you to do so. The dates of those clinics are Tuesday, August 23rd, Thursday, August 25th and Wednesday, August 31st, all at 6pm in the rec center. This is for “ALL” divisions

 IF YOU ATTENDED A COACHING CLINIC IN THE SPRING, YOU FULFILLED YOUR OBLIGATION FOR 2011 AND DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND.  

Please bring your volunteer from with you to the classroom clinic, make sure you have filled out the form completely and you bring a copy of your drivers liscense. You can download the volunteer form at:

 The second clinic with be an on-field clinic, with dates yet to be determined. They will certainly be held within the next two weeks. You will be notified of those dates by me or your DVP.

Hello everyone.

If you purchased tickets for this Sunday’s Marlins/Mets game….you can
pick them up starting Wednesday, March 30th Thursday, March 31st at 6.30pm.

A table with a board member or two should be available to dispurse
tickets at the West Boynton Park Quad (fields 4 – 7).

Please plan on picking up your tickets. Please do not ask others to
pick up your tickets.

You can also pick up tickets Thursday and Friday from 6.30pm to 9pm and
on Saturday starting at 9.45am.

Hello everyone.

In the event your manager has not yet provided you with the schedule of your team for the next week once the Fall Tournaments (District 7 and the WBLL Tee Ball) start on Thursday, you can find all the information you need below (and by clicking on the Tee Ball and/or All Other Division links under “Fall 2010 D7 Tournament” that is located in the menu to the right).

The Tee Ball schedule and bracket includes the pool games to be played starting Thursday.  The Tee Ball tournament is scheduled to conclude with a Championship Game  on Thursday, November 18th.

The District 7 Information (for Coach Pitch, Minors, Majors and Juniors/Seniors) includes everything you should need….schedules, directions, pitch count forms.  The District 7 Information is in Excel spreadsheet format.  There’s an easy Table of Contents that will let you navigate through the documents many tabs of the document.  If you need to know what “Pool” your player(s) team is in….simply click on the “Master Pool Location” tab to find the team(s).

As with any play at the West Boynton Park fields or if playing at another field…please remember this tournament is for the kids.  Even in the event you do not agree with a call on the field from the stands….please do not make comments to the umpires, coaches or opposing team.

The fields are open after the rain from the past two days….

There is weather in the area but it could be staying south of the fields.

So if you have a game or practices tonight…they are on, weather permitting going forward.

Due to the chance that this may be the case on Wednesday as well, please check back at 5pm on Wednesday to see if Wednesday is scrapped as well.
